About Moxcares
The best patient experience is a conversation.
We're building comprehensive practice management for the clinics that keep American healthcare running — the independent ones. From the solo dermatologist to the ten-provider dental group.
Our story
Born from lived experience.
Moxcares was born from our founder's personal experience with healthcare paperwork — twice. The first time, his baby arrived prematurely and spent months in the NICU. While his family was focused on care, they were also filling the same information into multiple forms and wrestling with confusing apps just to keep the hospital updated.
The second time came when his wife was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. The fear of the diagnosis was hard enough; the paperwork shouldn't have been. Yet the same broken process appeared again — disconnected systems, duplicate forms, and front-desk staff who genuinely wanted to help but were stuck with tools that made helping hard.
He decided the problem had to be solved. Not with another dashboard or another login, but with software that genuinely removes work from the people keeping clinics open — and turns the patient journey into a conversation instead of a chore.
What we believe
Four principles that shape every decision.
Conversation, not paperwork
A patient shouldn't have to fill a 40-field PDF to book a visit. Every interaction should feel like talking to a helpful person who already knows a little about you.
Independent clinics deserve enterprise tools
Phreesia and NexHealth built for hospital systems. We're building the same power for the solo owner and the ten-location group — without the six-figure contract.
AI should reduce staff work, not create it
If our AI adds a task to your front desk's day, we've failed. Every feature is measured by hours given back to the humans in your clinic.
PHI is sacred
We never train models on your patient data. We never sell it. We hand you the audit log and the export button. Full stop.
