FOR INDEPENDENT OB/GYN PRACTICES
Prenatal care as a series, not a stack of visits.
The OB/GYN Care Pack connects prenatal visits, gynecologic care, screening and postpartum follow-up around the patient’s ongoing care plan.
- Specialty Care Pack available
- Reviewable clinical proposals
- Intake, care plans and follow-up connected

HOW THE WORK MOVES
Your Care Pack, from intake to follow-up.
Specialty workflows built on one patient record—not just a collection of note templates.
- 01
See the pregnancy across visits.
The prenatal flowsheet organizes visits by gestational age with labs, screens and vitals together. Keep the progression visible instead of reconstructing it from separate notes.
- 02
Prepare for gynecologic care.
Use gynecologic exam and procedure templates, contraception and well-woman workflows. Intake and reviewable documentation support the encounter.
- 03
Carry care into postpartum.
Send EPDS screening through intake and connect postpartum follow-up to the recall workflow. Clinicians review screening results and decide the next clinical step.
THROUGH PREGNANCY AND BEYOND
Keep the progression of care in view.
Due trimester screens, outstanding testing and a postpartum visit not yet booked surface as assigned attention items. The clinician stays in control of orders and interpretation.

The prenatal flowsheet brings visits, vitals, labs and screens together by gestational age.
Review what is still due
Trimester screens and outstanding testing become assigned attention items. Orders and interpretation remain with the clinician.
Continue into postpartum
Connect EPDS screening and the planned postpartum visit to the recall workflow, with clinical review of the next step.
CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians.
Care Packs provide specialty intake, documentation, offered scores, treatment-plan recalls and attention worklists. Scores use published definitions and stated inputs; clinicians choose when to use them. Clinical proposals require review. Specialty interfaces and local protocols are confirmed during setup.

A few useful answers.
Is ambient scribing included in the plan?
Ambient scribing is an optional $69 per provider per month add-on, scoped to the provider across clinics. It is not included in the base plans. Patient consent and clinician review are required.
Is the prenatal flowsheet available now?
Yes. The OB/GYN Care Pack includes the prenatal flowsheet and the documented gynecologic, screening and postpartum workflows. Review your specific interfaces and practice protocols during setup.
Can we bring our existing forms and records?
Existing PDF forms can become conversational intake. C-CDA imports support key clinical records; import completeness depends on the source export and should be validated before everyday use.
Do we have to replace all our systems at once?
No. Discuss the workflows you want to improve first and the tools you plan to retain. We will confirm supported handoffs and the scope of a staged adoption.
