FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY PRACTICES
Give the lesion a record of its own.
The Medical Dermatology Care Pack connects the body-map location, clinical photo series, biopsy, pathology and follow-up in one longitudinal story.
- Specialty Care Pack available
- Reviewable clinical proposals
- Intake, care plans and follow-up connected
STEP 01
Keep the evidence with the lesion.
Track a lesion by body-map location, photo series, biopsy and pathology result. Open the same thread at the next visit rather than searching scattered attachments.
Explore each step. Your team stays in control.
HOW THE WORK MOVES
Your Care Pack, from intake to follow-up.
Specialty workflows built on one patient record—not just a collection of note templates.
- 01
Keep the evidence with the lesion.
Track a lesion by body-map location, photo series, biopsy and pathology result. Open the same thread at the next visit rather than searching scattered attachments.
- 02
Document clinical detail once.
Full-skin-check and lesion-focused templates support the exam. Biopsy, destruction and excision notes capture site and size, with optional codes proposed from the clinician’s documentation.
- 03
Close the pathology and monitoring loop.
Surface missing pathology, lesion rechecks and monitoring labs for systemic treatment. Acne, eczema and psoriasis follow-up plans carry the next visit forward.
FOLLOW THE EVIDENCE
The pathology result belongs to the lesion story.
An outstanding pathology result and an upcoming lesion recheck become visible, assigned work. Clinical photography remains evidence for the dermatologist to interpret.

Keep the clinical thread together
Body-map location, clinical photo series, biopsy and pathology remain connected for the dermatologist to review at the next visit.
Surface missing pathology
An outstanding result becomes assigned work, with the original clinical evidence kept alongside the record.
Plan the next recheck
Lesion rechecks and monitoring for systemic treatment stay linked to the follow-up plan.
CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians.
Care Packs provide specialty intake, documentation, offered scores, treatment-plan recalls and attention worklists. Scores use published definitions and stated inputs; clinicians choose when to use them. Clinical proposals require review. Specialty interfaces and local protocols are confirmed during setup.

A few useful answers.
Is ambient scribing included in the plan?
Ambient scribing is an optional $69 per provider per month add-on, scoped to the provider across clinics. It is not included in the base plans. Patient consent and clinician review are required.
Is this a cosmetic retail or diagnostic image-analysis system?
No. This Care Pack is designed for medical dermatology, including clinical photography and lesion tracking. It does not provide diagnostic image interpretation or cosmetic retail and membership workflows.
Can we bring our existing forms and records?
Existing PDF forms can become conversational intake. C-CDA imports support key clinical records; import completeness depends on the source export and should be validated before everyday use.
Do we have to replace all our systems at once?
No. Discuss the workflows you want to improve first and the tools you plan to retain. We will confirm supported handoffs and the scope of a staged adoption.
