The honest answers
Is ambient scribing included in my plan?+
No. Ambient scribing is an optional $69 per provider per month add-on. The subscription follows the provider across all clinics; there is no additional scribe charge for the same provider working at another location.
How does the 7-day trial work?+
Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. You get full access to your chosen plan. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged. No long-term contract either way.
Is pricing per provider or per clinic?+
Base plans are priced per clinic, not per provider — Starter $99, Growth $199, Practice $349 per clinic per month. The only per-person pricing is where the license genuinely is per person: EHR practitioner seats, eRx prescribers and the $69/month ambient scribe add-on per provider. Each scribe provider is charged once regardless of how many clinics they work at.
What's included in the AI token allowance?+
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance that covers conversational intake, summaries, chart proposals and Mox's work. You set your own overage limit — set it to zero and AI features simply pause at the allowance instead of generating a surprise bill.
Do I need the add-ons to get started?+
Start with the base plan that fits your clinic. Review its listed inclusions, then add payments, insurance verification, the clinical EHR suite or eRx as needed. The calculator shows add-on costs and dependencies.
What do I need for multiple locations?+
The Practice plan unlocks multi-clinic setup. This calculator estimates the selected base plan per clinic, with tiered rates for eligible add-ons. Contact us to confirm the configuration and any custom group arrangement before purchasing.
Do you sign a HIPAA BAA?+
Yes — a signed Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan, including during the trial. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, with hash-chained, append-only audit logging.
Can you move our data over from our current system?+
We help plan your migration, configure workflows and validate imported records. C-CDA supports clinical data transfer; available fields and the rollout timeline depend on your current system and export.
What if I need to cancel?+
Monthly and annual billing options are available. Review the applicable billing term and cancellation conditions before subscribing. Contact us to plan a data export if you decide to move.
