The Starter plan is $99 per clinic per month, billed monthly. It includes scheduling, a hosted booking page, form-based intake, SMS and in-app patient communication, a dedicated local number, an eFax inbox and up to five staff accounts. Advanced AI workflows and clinical or revenue modules depend on your chosen plan and add-ons.
No. You can start with patient interaction, or add payments and insurance verification, while keeping your current EHR. We review your scheduling setup, available connections and the handoff between systems before you start. This does not assume that every EHR supports a direct, two-way connection.
They are three ways to use Moxcares. Your subscription is based on the clinic plan, optional modules and any clinical seats you choose. We confirm the configuration and price with you before activation.
They are not all included in Starter. Growth adds advanced patient-interaction workflows; Hire Mox is an optional $99 per clinic per month add-on. Ambient scribing is optional at $69 per provider per month. We will help you select the plan and workflow modules you actually need.
The EHR suite has a $39 per-clinic monthly unlock and practitioner seats from $79 per month, with eligible group rates. eRx is $49 per prescriber per month. Ambient scribing is $69 per provider per month, counted once for each provider across clinics.
Yes. You can discuss payments, insurance verification and claims workflows while keeping your existing EHR. Claims and Remits requires Payments + Insurance Verification. We confirm the data handoff and any additional setup for your practice.
Base plans include a monthly AI allowance. You can set an overage limit, including zero. Selected modules, clinical seats and usage may affect your total. Payment-processing, communications and partner charges are confirmed where applicable before you activate a workflow.
Yes. Annual billing offers a 15% discount on the base plan only; add-ons are not discounted. Monthly billing is also available. Review the billing term and cancellation conditions before subscribing.
The Practice plan unlocks multi-clinic setup. Contact us to confirm clinic counts, eligible group rates and onboarding. A Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan, including during the trial.
