Your card is collected at signup but not charged during the trial. You get full access to your chosen plan with a 50,000 AI token allowance to explore. If Moxcares is the right fit, click 'Activate Subscription' anytime to start your paid plan. If you don't cancel before day 7, your subscription activates automatically. Cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged a cent. No gotchas.

Yes — every plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement. Moxcares runs on Google Cloud Platform under a BAA that covers all infrastructure, with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and 7-year audit log retention.
What are AI token overages?+
Each questionnaire conversation and intake summary uses AI tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (500K on Starter, 3M on Growth, 10M on Practice). Overages are billed against the overage dollar limit you set in your account — set it to zero and AI features simply pause when you hit the included allowance, so you're never hit with a surprise charge.
Can I import patient data from my existing system?+
Yes. Every plan includes a guided CSV import path during onboarding. Native EHR integrations are live today with more launching regularly, and every plan also includes Google and Outlook calendar sync for each practitioner's calendar.
What if I need to cancel?+
All plans are month-to-month — no annual contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. We'll export your data on request and retain it post-cancellation in case you change your mind.
